Brad kelley / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As Co-founder and CEO of eworkforce, Brad is responsible for overall company strategy and execution including product vision and design. Brad founded eworkforce with Matt in 2007 and has been organically growing the company one client success at a time.
As a former executive at a British partner relationship management software company, VP of program management at Wells Fargo and a management consultant at Ernst & Young, Brad has over 15 years experience working with a number of large organizations. These collective experiences have help shaped Brad's vision of eworkforce.
Brad holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

matthew mckarcher / CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As Co-founder and CTO, Matthew is responsible for overall technical architecture and technical development for eworkforce. Along with Brad Kelley, Matthew founded eworkforce in 2007, starting as two guys in a desert with tough book laptops.
Prior to eworkforce, Matthew has worked as a software engineer and consultant at Wachovia, and Wells Fargo.

Stephen (Steve) hawksworth / CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Hawksworth has 40 years of experience in all facets of technology, technology implementation, and business optimization based on technology adoption.
Mr. Hawksworth has served as Chief Executive Officer (Healthcare Software and Services [Public Company]), Chief Operating Officer (International Logistics, Deep Analytics Professional Services), Chief Technology Officer (AsiaDemand, Inc.), Venture Partner (Portfolio Companies – Enterprise Information Management, Regional Digital Communications Service Provider, Strategic Sourcing Services), Senior Manager (Ernst & Young – Enterprise Information Architect, Financial Services Analytics, Program Management, Business Intelligence), Practice Director (Oracle – Global Program Management, Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence), Product & Systems Manager (Motorola – Private Systems, Iridium, New Markets [South Africa, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos], Offshore Exit/Entry Investment Strategies), Program Manager (Royal Saudi Naval Forces – C4I Node Implementation).
Mr. Hawksworth holds numerous baccalaureate and advanced degrees in areas ranging from cultural anthropology to multinational corporate finance.

Craig S. barrow / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As CFO and Vice President of Sales & Markeing of eworkforce, Craig is responsible for overall company accounting and finance as well as all revenue generating activities. Craig joined eworkforce in 2012 and brings a great deal of experience to help organically grow the company one client success at a time.
As a former executive at Comshare, pioneering Executive Information System software, and as the Americas’ Data Warehousing leader for Oracle Corporation, he has over 20 years experience delivering analytical solutions to large organizations.
Craig holds a BBA and MBA in Corporate Finance as well as a Juris Doctorate degree.

dinesh mistry / DIRECTOR of CLIENT DELIVERY and ANALYTICS
As Director of Client Delivery and Analytics, Dinesh leads our client facing activities working with clients to identify business issues and develop solution using eworkforce products and services. In addition Dinesh manages all aspects of client data management including analysis, sourcing, transformation and analytics.
With over 20 years of experience working with clients spanning professional services, IT project management, and application development, Dinesh brings a strong client service attention to detail to every initiative.
Dinesh is a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute.
