Pacific Gas and Electric needed a solution to consolidate their distributed workforce data, provide a common view of workforce metrics and analytics and enable functionality to model the impact of future changes in their workforce. The solution was to leverage the eworkforce planner to integrate workforce data from the Financial, Human Resources and Program and Portfolio Management systems. The consolidated information was then used to generate individual and team based metrics and analytics rolled-up into personalized dashboards.

Blue Shield of California was implementing a large multi-year systems reengineering program. As part of an annual budget review process, high level differences between forecast workforce capacity and demand were identified. eworkforce was engaged to analyze the program's workforce data and provide workforce optimization recommendations.
