    Virtual resource pools are groups of people made up of resources from both inside and outside your company. Virtual resource pools can then be integrated into the planning process to provide insight into alternative staffing scenarios early in the planning process to ensure the right person is assigned to the right task regardless of where they were sourced from.

    Various sources of internal resource data can be used including:

    • current employees
    • current contractors
    • prospects that were interviewed but not hired

    • social media
    • professional networks

    Once a virtual resource pool is built, it can be made available through our planner application to the various planners in your organization for use in the planning process.
